Our standard envelope includes 90mm PIR insulation to the walls and floor, with 120mm PIR insulation to the roof. Designed to help keep the room comfortable through winter, summer and everyday use.
Designed around a high-performance insulated envelope. Calculated U-values, condensation analysis and air-tightness targets shared on application for clients with specific performance briefs.

Each room is plasterboarded internally and prepared for decoration, with lighting and socket positions planned around the intended use of the space.

design.
We complete first-fix electrical preparation inside the garden room. Final connection to the house supply must be completed and certified by a qualified electrician.
Weathertight
roof system.
An EPDM roof system is included as standard, designed for reliable weather protection and a clean contemporary roofline. A sedum living-roof can be specified as an upgrade for a softer, planted finish.
Single-ply EPDM with tapered insulation falls.
