Worth asking

Will it actually add value to my home?

A reasonable question to ask before spending in this band. The short answer is yes — a well-built, fully insulated garden room typically adds 5–15% to UK property value (often £15,000 to £100,000+), and homes that have one tend to sell faster. We’ve written the long version — the agent commentary, the mechanics, and the honest caveats — in one place.
